Can you identify this?

I found this in the farmers market in Zihuatenjo Mexico.


Salmon with Medley of Rice

Prep Time 5 min. Cook Time 15 min.
Service 4

1 3/4 cups  Chicken Stock
1/4 cup  dry white wine
1/4 tsp dried dill  weed, crushed
1 lemon, thinly sliced
4 salmon steaks, 1-inch thick each

 How to Make It

1   Heat the broth, wine, dill and lemon slices in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat to a boil.
2   Place the salmon in the skillet and reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork. Discard the poaching liquid.
